Independence & Life Skills is designed for adults who want to do more for themselves but need guided support to get there. We blend social skills development, behavioral support, daily living assistance, and life skills training into a practical, encouraging program.

Through social skills development, we practice communication, boundaries, and relationship-building in real-life situations. Behavioral support helps address challenging behaviors with clear strategies and coping tools, reducing crises at home and in the community. Daily living assistance offers hands-on help with everyday tasks while gently teaching along the way-cooking, cleaning, self-care, and organizing. Life skills training focuses on areas like time management, money handling, and problem-solving, always paced to the individual.

Families see progress not only in skills, but in confidence. Over time, many adults require less direct support, participate more in community life, and feel more in control of their own day.
