Community & Career supports adults who are ready to look beyond the home and build a more engaged, motivated life. We combine vocational training with community integration to open doors to work, volunteering, and meaningful participation.

Our vocational training focuses on practical job readiness: understanding workplace expectations, practicing punctuality, building basic task skills, and exploring strengths and interests. We also work on soft skills such as communication, following directions, and asking for help appropriately. Community integration brings these skills into real environments. With caregiver support, individuals visit local programs, volunteer sites, recreational activities, and other community resources. We help navigate transportation, social interactions, and new routines.

This service is ideal for adults with disabilities who want more purpose and structure. Families often see improved mood, greater independence, and a stronger sense of identity as their loved one becomes part of the wider community and explores future employment possibilities.
